Yes, wouldn't it be nice to be able to open CAJ ('Chinese Academic Journals') files on a Mac! Unfortunately, you can't - unless you count running a PC on your Mac, whether through Boot Camp or a virtualisation engine like Parallels Desktop, VMWare Fusion or VirtualBox as 'running on a Mac.' Neither are there any ways to convert CAJ files to e.g. PDF files that do not involve Windows. If you open them with CAJViewer on WIndows, you can print them as PDFs if you have Adobe Acrobat or a similar application installed.

There are also ways of converting CAJ to MS Word format, but they all entail opening the files on WIndows - I know of no online convertion services. In most cases, China Academic Journals gives you the option of downloading in PDF format, but this does not always apply to theses.
